The 17th annual Herbie's Hometown Loop started with an overcast day to greet the 65 runners at their new location-BAHS track! It was an awesome way to show off the facility that was the dream of the committee that started this race 17 years ago. We truly enjoyed watching all of you "take a lap" to finish your races.
Congratulations to our overall winner, Eric Bennett, a former Bellefonte XC and T&F athlete bringing it home in 26:27 and Emma Liadis, a current Bellefonte XC and T&F runner in 29:42. Congratulations to ALL runners/walkers for coming out and celebrating Jeremy's life with us. All proceeds today will be split between VTC cares and Haley Popovitch, a Bellefonte Class of 2022 grad fighting to overcome injuries from a fire pit accident.
A huge thank you to all of today's volunteers, there is no race without you! You are all very much appreciated for your time and commitment today. We hope to see you next year! Please bring a friend!
