On Saturday at 8 AM, Bob Shafer will lead a group run where we'll take on another of our favorite long run routes. This week's treat will be Purdue Mountain. We will meet at the parking lot at the intersection of Spring Creek Road and Seibert Road. If the forecast holds up we might have a really nice morning for a run so the pace will most likely be something in the 7:45 range, mostly after the main climb.
The main route will be just shy of 19 miles, there are options to make it either 16.5, or whatever longer distance than 19 you would like. Since this route doesn't really pass any civilization, I always drop water at two locations (~9 miles and ~14 miles) for refilling. If you would like to join, please let me know so that I can ensure we have enough for everyone.
