Indoor Mile Pace Chart

The track at the Horace Ashenfelter III Multi-Sport Facility (MSF) is 200 meters per lap on the inside lane. There are just a bit over 8 laps to a mile on this track. The following chart will give you an idea of how to pace yourself to run a mile in a particular time.
