Spring Break, so attendance was light. John Domico, Paul Lammert, John Sheakoski, Marv Hall, Mark, Nikita, and Natasha Fedkin, Beth Herndon, Tara Murray, Cheryl Capone, and Marty Mazur headed to the track under pleasant, but chilly conditions. After the warmth of of yesterday and last weekend, Spring was on Spring Break. It was cloudy and in the low 30s.

The crew did some longer pace work. Domico and Sheakoski did 4X1 mile, and some of the others did a mile followed by some 800s. A little boring, but about the right thing for the conditions.

Not too much Bwana can say to most of those who weren't at the track. It is Spring Break, after all. Cali is working out with marathoners in Arizona and getting chased by rattlesnakes and coyotes. And Lee Culver is managing to avoid heat stroke in the Dominican Republic. But a there were some folks still in town, on a slow work day, who still managed to stay holed up in their offices.
