A few of us will be running in Spring Canyon on Saturday morning starting at 8 AM. We plan to do 6 or so miles at a 10 minute pace. One of those coming along is someone visiting from out of town who wants to get 14 miles at that pace, so you have a couple of options for distance. If you’ve never run on the Spring Creek Trail, it’s a flat two-track trail in a beautiful streamside setting. Meet us at the Shiloh Road parking lot to the Spring Creek Canyon Trail at 8 AM. To get there, take the Shiloh Rd exit from I-99 and go north (away from the mall). Take Shiloh Rd one mile until it dead ends at a parking lot.
