(Sorry for the late notice). We had a pretty good turnout a few weeks ago in the Canyon. Let’s do it again. Marty Mazur will lead an easy paced (10 min/mile) run of 6 or so miles in Spring Creek Canyon on Saturday morning. If you’re new in town or have never been there, Spring Creek Canyon is a really nice place to run. A mostly flat, non-technical two-track trail along Spring Creek. Beautiful scenery, wildlife. Just nice. Meet Marty at the Fisherman’s Paradise parking lot at 8 AM. To get there from State College, take I-99 to the Rte 150 north (Bellefonte) exit. Make the first left at the light (Paradise Rd). Take that down to the creek. At the T in the road, go left and follow Spring Creek Rd. into the Fish and Game Commission parking lot.
