Cal., to keep in shape after basketball season ended. I actually ran in volleyball shoes for several months before buying running shoes.

A TYPICAL TRAINING WEEK: rest Monday & Friday, 6-7 Tues., Wed., Sun.; speed workout Thurs.; something longer on Sat.
