I STARTED RUNNING (WHEN, WHERE, HOW...): It
goes back to 4th grade when I ran the 200m for st andrew's, I'd been doing
track all throughout middle school but halfway through high school I decided I
wanted to concentrate on painting and quit the team (really bad choice looking
back) After gaining the freshmen 20 I started to work out again but I didn't
officially start running until Junior year for the Club Cross Country team at
Penn State. I've been running since.
AVERAGE MILES PER WEEK: 30-50

TYPICAL TRAINING WEEK: one long run 10-20 miles, 1-2 workouts like track
workouts, intervals or hills, then 4-7 miles any other day with one day of
rest
PREFERRED RACE OR RACING DISTANCE: 5k's and half-marathons
