NON-RUNNING HOBBIES OR INTERESTS:  I spend most of my spare time working on my side business, playing with kids and fixing up the house,  I really like high end computer games and reading when there is not computer around, enjoy mountain biking

AVERAGE MILES PER WEEK: 20 - 25
A TYPICAL TRAINING WEEK: Monday through Friday at lunch 5+ miles and a long mountain bike ride on the  weekend
PREFERRED RACE OR RACING DISTANCE: 5k to get it over with
NUMBER OF RACES PER YEAR: 3-5
A GOOD 10K TIME FOR ME WOULD BE: 39:30
WHY I RUN:  To eat what I want and feel good about myself
